These guys are so great!! It’s so hard to find good customer service these days, but Northland Appliance totally nailed it! They go over above and beyond and truly try to HELP their customers - not just do the bare minimum. It’s so refreshing! I would absolutely recommend them!

I had a washing machine that wouldn't drain.  I called Northland in the morning and they were able to come out at noon and had it fixed with a new pump in a little over an hour.  I would highly recommend Northland to anyone needing an appliance repair!

Northland Appliance is an exceptional appliance service provider. They offered us the chance to bring our microwave into their shop to avoid the fee to have someone come to our house to fix it. They also were able to send someone to our house for a same-day repair of our refrigerator. They are communicative and professional, and their service is convenient, timely, and very fairly priced. We will be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know!

We had dryer issues and Northland was able to send a Technician out within 2 days. Chris did a great job troubleshooting and repairing our dryer while keeping us updated in the process. I highly recommend this company, they have excellent service!
